Head, foot, and fore-edge of text block labeled in early manuscript. Manuscript square diagram on a1 recto. Pen trials on a2 verso. Early inscription in lower margin of a2 recto: "Ad usum Fra[tris] antonij de palmerio de silento." Early/contemporary marginalia, in red, throughout. Leaf dimensions: 270 x 195 mm. Purchased Aug. 1989 from G.W. Stuart (catalog 22, no. 15).
