Note: Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy halfbound in ca. 18th-century tawed leather and brown sprinkled paper. Title and date inscribed in upper two spine compartments. Bookplate of the BPL Pierre Fund. Inscriptions on front flyleaf: "Inc. Typ. No-2221." and "Duplum." BPL embossed stamp on first two leaves. Large initial on [2́] recto rubricated in red, with flourishes into the margin. Rubricated in red throughout, with some early marginalia. Leaf dimensions: 273 x 185 mm. Purchased Sept. 1878.
