An autograph at the head of the title page, in an early hand, reads, "M.C. Blaykey."
  • Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy 2 has become disbound due to deterioration, with only the spine remaining. This copy is currently wrapped in heavy brown paper with the title, in manuscript, on the front cover. The bookseller's label of Wildy & Sons, Ltd. is present on the verso of the cover. Housed in an archival four-flap wrapper.
