- Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy halfbound by David Batten in tan calf and marbled papers with a Greek key motif. Rebacked in modern brown morocco with the title stamped in gilt along the spine. The armorial bookplate of the Barton Library is present on the front pastedown. The binder's ticket of David Batten is present on the rear pastedown. The number 1712 and the word "perfect" are inscribed, in an early hand in the lower left corner of the title page, with the number 5 in the upper right. In this copy the final leaf (blank) is wanting. Many edges trimmed closely with losses to signatures and catchwords.
