Spine includes binder's title and parallel bars in gilt. Front pastedown includes ex libris (bookplate) of the Boston Public Library identifying copy as a gift of Mrs. M.D. Ross. Front flyleaf includes affixed due date label of the Boston Public Library. Printed on wove papers. Title page includes embossed stamp of the Boston Public Library, and an annotation, in pencil print, identifying the Boston City Council as the body responsible for work. Verso of title page includes annotations, in pencil script concerning acquisition and accession. Includes binder's ticket affixed to rear pastedown at spine-/tail-end. Edges of pages in gilt.
