G.385.29 bound in early mottled calfskin double-panelled in blind with the gilt armorial super-ex-libris of George Granville Leveson-Gower on the upper cover. The bookplates of Leveson-Gower and Willis Vickery are present on the front pastedown. Also present on the front pastedown is an ink inscription that reads, "The first edition [of the?] Faerie Queen." The bookplate of Robert J. Collier is present on the front flyleaf recto.
