Boston Public Library (Print Department) copy quarter bound in green cloth & brown leather over boards. Title page includes affixed label, featuing the seal of the city of Boston, identifying provenance information of copy, with a marking reading "7372" in pencil underneath. First page of catalog text includes annotations at head in blue ink and pencil script, along with the embossed stamp of the Boston Public Library. Copy consists of affixed clippings for each personal name entry in the catalog, with handwritten additions (for each letter of the alphabet) in black ink script (the latter occurring both on the verso of leaves, and on the recto/verso of leaves interfiled throughout the alphabetical sections.) Copy includes numerous marginalia, markings, annotations, & addendums, in both black ink script & pencil. Rear pastedown includes ink stamp in purple ink reading "JUL 23 1915". Front cover detached from spine binding. Copy on wove papers.
