Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy bound in sheepskin over corrugated boards. Front and back cover detached from spine; spine title and gilt parallel bars largely effaced from spine surface. Printed on antique laid papers featuring vertical chainlines and horizontal wire lines. Front pastedown includes ex libris (bookplate) of the Newburyport Public Library, including shelf mark and identifying source of copy as Rev. Dan Dauce. Front pastedown and free pastedown include markings in pencil script, as does first front flyleaf. Title page includes annotation (concerning authorial responsibility) in black ink script at head, and embossed stamp of the Newburyport Public Library underneath. Housed in protective archival envelope.
