  • Plainsong notation; the staves alone are printed for the musical examples of the third and fourth parts
  • In four parts, of which only the first two, treating of music in general and of plainsong, are by Wollick; the last two, dealing with measured music and with counterpoint, are by Melchior Schanppecher. Later completely reworked by the author and published as his Enchiridion musices ... de Gregoriana et figurativa
