Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy quarterbound in modern black sheepskin and marbled papers. The title is stamped in gilt at the center of the spine. The BPL gift plate of Joshua Bates, dated Sept. 15, 1859, is present on the front pastedown. An early, partially illegible inscription at the head of the title page begins with the name, "Georgius" with the remainder illegible. The ink and perforated stamps of the Library are also present on the title page. Present on both the title page and on 2f5 is the inscription "Monrij Thierhaupten" (Thierhaupten Monastery, also known as the Benediktinerkloster Thierhaupten). In this copy, all illustrations remain uncolored, as issued. The final leaf (presumably blank) is wanting and leaves i3-6 and I3-6 are mistakenly switched.
