There are various inscriptions on the front free endpaper recto, including the signature of F.S. Hochstetter at the lower right corner, dated March 15, 1764. Above it is an outline M surmounted by a cross, colored red. In margin at right of device on t.p. is an owner's inscription: Joan. Georgij Frisij ... Geneva 15. Jan.ij AS. 96.
