[1́]-[1́] foliated 218-220 in an early hand in upper right margins. Woodcut initial, incipit, and capital strokes rubricated in red on [1́] recto. Blind impressions from bearer types on [5́œ] verso. Leaf dimensions: 276 x 200 mm. Purchased Oct. 1863.
