  • Boston Public Library (Rare Books Dept.) copy 1 bound in early red straight-grained morocco with gilt edges and fore-edge paintings. The endpapers are marbled in a gloster pattern. The armorial bookplate of Albert Henry Wiggin is present at the front of both vols. The fore-edge painting on vol. 1 shows Hudibras and his squire setting out on their journey. Vol. II shows Hudibras paying court to his lady.
  • Boston Public Library (Rare Books Dept.) copy 2 bound in full calf with a gilt, ornamental border. Board edges and turn-ins are likewise gilt. The endpapers are marbled in a gloster pattern. An armorial bookplate with the name "Sherwin" is present in both volumes.
