Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy bound in early/contemporary calfskin paneled and tooled in blind over bevelled wooden boards. Brass catch plates. Early manuscript label on paper at head of spine. Early calligraphic inscription on front pastedown: "M.S. decan[us]" over escutcheon with initials "M.S." all surrounded by full page inscription, dated 1862 and signed "Annotatio Fr[ancisc]i Xav[er]ii Marotte[?] Presbyt 1862." Medieval manuscript waste hinges and sewing guards. Modern ink stamp on title page: "Abbaye de [Septfons ...?]" Early inscription at head of title page struck out. 19th-century bibliographic inscription on title page. At head of a2: "initiu[m] sapie[ntiae] timor domi[ni]" in early/contemporary red ink. Inscription in lower margin of a2: "Iste liber est M[a]g[ist]ri Ioannis Plueml' Ingolstaten[sis] Sacre theologie licentiati anno d[omi]ni 1493." Pasted below inscription: shield-shaped label painted blue with three yellow roses growing from a log over inscription "d.L.a.M." On leaf S5 recto: "om[n]is [con]su[mm]at[i]o[n]is vidi finem latu[m] mandatu[m] tuu[m] nimis. M. Io. pluml' licent[iatus] f[ss]t." Ca. 19th-century marginalia.
