- Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy bound into two separate, interleaved volumes and annotated by several contemporary hands. Vol. 1 is bound in black goatskin and papier tourniquet, rebacked in unlabeled black calf. Vol. 2 is bound in modern calfskin. Notes on the interleaved sheets are primarily in the handwriting of Samuel Sewall (1652-1730), with additional notes possibly in the hands of Joseph Sewall (1688-1769) and Samuel Sewall, Jr. (1678-1751). The marginalia on the printed sheets is in an additional hand. Present at the front of both volumes is a bookplate memorializing Judith Hull, the number "10.1.5" inscribed in an early hand, and an early inscription that reads "10 quires 3 sheets this boke". Present a the front of vol. 1 is the bookplate of the BPL Thomas Prince Library and the autograph of Joseph Sewall.
