- Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy bound by Pratt in brown goatskin panelled and tooled in gilt. The spine is panelled and tooled in gilt. The bookplate of C. Inglis, M.D. (here conjectured to be Cornelius Inglis (b. 1824)) is present on the front pastedown, along with two unidentified bookplates. A bibliographical inscription is present on the recto of the front free endpaper. Three 20th-century dealer descriptions are pasted onto the verso of the free endpaper at back, along with a three-line section of text apparently excised from an early printed description of the birth of Elizabeth I. A monogrammed woodcut is pasted to the rear pastedown.
