Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy bound in early red morocco panelled in a Greek key motif with floral and crown cornerpieces. The gilt, armorial super-ex-libris of the Chapel Royal in St. James is present on both covers. The spine is panelled and tooled in gilt. All text block edges are gilt. An unidentified, armorial bookplate with the motto "Tout bien ou rien" is present on the front pastedown. An inscription on the verso of the front free endpaper reads, "From the Sub-Dean of his Majesty's Chapels Royal (Dr. Pearce.) 1793."
